# Onion Core Vouch — Subject Rights & Correction Form

As the subject of a Vouch check, you have the right to:

- Know who requested the check and the stated purpose before you sign.
- Decline to sign. No check runs without your signature.
- Supply only the identifiers you choose to have checked.
- Receive the same report the requester receives.
- Revoke consent at any time. Revocation immediately blocks requester access to the report.
- Delete the check. Deletion purges the report and identifiers.
- Append a correction note to the report.

## Correction note

Open your private subject link and use **Add a correction note**. Explain what is wrong, what should be corrected, and any public source that supports the correction. The note is appended to both copies of the report; it does not silently rewrite search evidence.

Suggested format:

> Correction requested: [section or item]. This is inaccurate because [reason]. The correct public information is [fact and source, if any]. Requested action: [append clarification / operator review / deletion].

If a report points to another person, say so plainly in the note. Same-name and similar-handle matches are a known limitation of public search.
